OUR PROCESS.

For the start and for a coordinated approach to customer projects, we follow a standardized process in order to record all necessary information in an orderly manner up to the start of the campaign. Above all, it is important to us that we create mutual understanding for the respective needs of both parties.

As a first step, we invite you to a short video call to get to know each other and exchange initial information. Here you have the opportunity to give us a rough overview of your project in advance.

Before we can start setting up the accounts and campaigns, we will conduct a workshop together depending on the expected complexity of the campaign. We conduct a preparatory survey, prepare the workshop and then meet with you to discuss the content. The workshop usually lasts between 2-3 hours.

The setup phase begins after the workshop has been carried out and includes the establishment of the necessary accounts, definition of measuring points, as well as text, image and video design. Depending on the project, this phase can take a long time.

In the test phase, the focus is on the rapid acquisition of knowledge. We want to find out as quickly as possible which channel can be promising for us and which is probably more difficult to master. The optimization curve can rise quite steeply, especially at the beginning, and result in an increased use of resources.

As the next step of the campaigns, we take care of verifying the desired result – the hypothesis of customer behavior. This may involve comparative tests or other measures in order, among other things, to be able to compare different landing pages with one another. Advertising materials, texts and placements are also changed and compared.

Finally, we take care of optimizing the budget used by changing the bids and bid strategies. We consider the saturation, playout rates and market shares in the respective channels. In any case, the objective is to generate a maximum number of users / website visitors from the available budget.

In addition to the operational measures, we also support the interpretation of the data. Here we use common analysis tools and form automated reports for the presentation and easier recognition of key figures.
